When we reply
On weekdays (Mon–Fri) we usually reply within a few hours. Weekends and public holidays may take up to 48 hours. To help us help you faster, please include:
- Which calculator you're asking about (e.g. "Housing Loan", "ASBF")
- A screenshot if you spot a bug or a result that looks wrong
- The browser and device you're using
